BAIP's 2004 BOOK AND MAGAZINE PUBLISHING CAREER FAIR
BAIP's 2004 Book and Magazine Publishing Career Fair will be held in conjunction with the Borough of Manhattan Community College Office of Career Development. The event will be held on Saturday, May 15, 2004 from 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.and will be free to BMCC students, $5 for other students with ID, and $10 for the general public.
The fair will be held at the Borough of Manhattan Community College, 199 Chambers Street, New York, NY, 10007. There will be a fee of $125 for all companies that would like to participate. Table space will be provided, and refreshments will be served to all vendors. Also, all participating companies will be included in any promotional material we use to advertise the event. Proceeds for the event will go to provide a Black Americans in Publishing Scholarship Award to a student of the Borough of Manhattan Community College. The scholarship will be administered through the Department of Ethnic Studies at BMCC.
